Job Summary
Senior Engineer - Structures at Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) in India (Gurugram) responsible for leading design, analysis, and detailing of RCC and steel structures with international project exposure. You will design and manage UK projects from India, liaise with virtual teams across India and the UK, ensure compliance with international codes (Eurocodes, ACI, IS, BS), and apply tools such as ETABS, ROBOT, Tekla, and Strusoft FEM. The role requires collaboration within large, diverse project teams, strong communication, and a focus on delivering practical, sustainable building designs across Buildings/Industrial sectors. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in structures, B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in design tools with knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD; experience in Eurocodes is preferred.

- Proficiency with design tools such as ETABS, ROBOT, TEKLA, Strusoft FEM, Idea Statica; Revit and AutoCAD basics
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate in large, diverse project teams
- Experience in managing UK projects from India; liaising with virtual teams
- Bachelor/Master-level exposure to multidisciplinary projects in Buildings/Industrial structures
