Senior Engineer - Structural

Job Summary
Design office buildings, healthcare facilities, sports venues, and large commercial structures with costs of $25 million and up, leveraging 5–9 years of experience in relevant commercial building design. Manage projects from concept through construction while serving clients including architects, developers, institutions, and contractors across the United States and internationally. Maintain a strong customer service attitude and proactively meet client and project needs. Requires a Master's in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis, a Texas P.E. license (S.E. preferred), and demonstrated project management growth. This hybrid role includes a $1,000 one-time home office setup stipend and $50 monthly allowance for ongoing expenses.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 9 years' experience in relevant commercial building design
- Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience
- Master's in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural
- Must be a licensed P.E. in Texas
- Must possess experience designing commercial building structures
- Candidates must be proactive
- Candidates must have strong organizational skill
- Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must be client-service oriented
- Candidates should have the ability to commute to or periodically travel to the affiliated office
