Job Summary
Senior Engineer - Structural responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of construction documents on-site, while supporting discipline engineers across projects. Provides technical support to ARE/RE and coordinates with design office, contractor, and client representatives to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications. Performs QA/QC inspection of structural scope, ensures compliance with contract documents, clarifies contract documents for Contractors, maintains records, and supports the Project Engineer/Site Engineer. Supervises and coordinates the inspection team, conducts weekly meetings, issues NCRs for violations, assists Senior Discipline engineer on technical issues to maintain schedule, participates in snagging and project handover, liaises with Design Engineer on modifications, prepares daily site reports and various project reports, and monitors health and safety on site. Requires a Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
