Job Summary
Senior Service Engineer responsible for generating recurring revenue in the assigned territory by providing technical service and support to customers; complete preventive maintenance (PMs) as scheduled; plan and execute I&C and demo activities; develop strong customer relationships to boost satisfaction; generate leads with Marketing and pass through to Marketing Teams; meet service sales targets quarterly and annually; maintain CRM discipline in Service Max and SFDC; 3-4 years’ experience with a Diploma or equivalent; willingness to relocate across India and to travel; strong English communication; proficient in MS Office; experience with Hach or similar products; remote/hybrid work arrangements are supported for this role within India.
