Job Summary
Lead technical infrastructure and drainage planning projects from pre-planning through execution, overseeing utility networks for water, wastewater, district heating, gas, and power lines. Develop and validate technical concepts, hydraulic calculations, and longitudinal profiles while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage project economics, timelines, and risk, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Mentor junior engineers and guide tender processes, contract negotiations, and site supervision. Represent the department in client meetings and presentations to drive sustainable mobility solutions across Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor mit relevanter Berufserfahrung) in Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Infrastrukturplanung oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 6–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Leitungsplanung / technische Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung in Projektleitung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs- und CAD-/GIS-Tools (z. B. AutoCAD Civils 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS) sowie Berechnungssoftware (z. B. DWA-Tools, HEC-RAS, hydraulische Berechnungstools)
- Gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger Regelwerke, Normen und Vorschriften (DIN, DWA, ATV, lokale Vorschriften)
- Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen, LV-Erstellung und Kostenabschätzung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)
- Reisebereitschaft für Baustellen- und Kundentermine
