Senior Engineer/Senior-Consultant/Projektleitung (m/w/d) Technische Infrastruktur (Leitungsplanung)

Job Summary
Lead planning and coordination of utility and drainage infrastructure projects (water, wastewater, district heating, gas, electricity) from preliminary to execution design. Develop and review technical concepts, hydraulic calculations, longitudinal and cross-section profiles, and node solutions. Manage interdisciplinary teams, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and prepare bill of quantities, cost, and schedule estimates. Ensure risk management, quality control, and compliance with standards and regulations. Lead tender procedures, contract negotiations, and construction supervision until acceptance. Mentor junior engineers and represent the department in client meetings and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor mit relevanter Berufserfahrung) in Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Infrastrukturplanung oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 6–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Leitungsplanung / technische Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung in Projektleitung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs- und CAD-/GIS-Tools (z. B. AutoCAD Civils 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS) sowie Berechnungssoftware (z. B. DWA-Tools, HEC-RAS, hydraulische Berechnungstools)
- Gute Kenntnisse einschlägiger Regelwerke, Normen und Vorschriften (DIN, DWA, ATV, lokale Vorschriften)
- Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen, LV-Erstellung und Kostenabschätzung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)
- Reisebereitschaft für Baustellen- und Kundentermine
Desired Qualifications
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in Teamleitung und in der Anleitung von Nachwuchskräften
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Behörden
- gute Englischkenntnisse
