Job Summary
Design and deliver modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Auth0, building secure authentication and authorization services for customer-facing applications. Configure login, registration, and profile management journeys while developing integrations via OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML. Implement Multi-Factor Authentication, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access controls alongside custom identity workflows and federation solutions with enterprise providers. Collaborate with application, platform, and security teams to solve complex authentication challenges and contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions
- Hands-on experience with Auth0
- Strong understanding of: OAuth 2.0
- Strong understanding of: OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Strong understanding of: SAML
- Strong understanding of: Federation
- Strong understanding of: Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Strong understanding of: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Experience integrating identity platforms with modern web, mobile and API-based applications
- Experience in one or more languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, C#, Java or Python
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Highly Desirable Experience with other identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), Ping Identity, ForgeRock or SailPoint
- Experience designing CIAM solutions for large-scale customer-facing platforms
- Knowledge of identity governance, privileged access and modern security architectures
- Experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare or utilities
