Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Engineer to join the Salesforce Platform team. You will design and improve Salesforce integration solutions with an emphasis on event sourcing, identify opportunities to invest in Agentic AI using Agentforce, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver transformational changes on real-time integrations. The role requires ownership from day one, strong problem-solving to mitigate risks, and the ability to work within a hybrid London pattern (2 days in the office). Strong experience with Apex, LWCs, Sales/Service Cloud, AWS, CI/CD, and real-time integrations is expected. The team emphasizes growth, autonomy, and a flexible-first approach with a supportive culture and a dedicated annual learning allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Several years experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including both Apex and LWCs
- Preferably Salesforce Certification
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS
- Understanding of Software Architecture and Event Driven architectures would be a bonus
- Experience with Salesforce systems integrated to other systems in real-time
- Experience with development tooling including CI/CD, Git and packaging
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
