Job Summary
Senior Engineer / Sr Product Engineer focusing on sustaining engineering for power IC products in high-volume production. Responsibilities include managing product lifecycle, resolving production and customer issues, and improving COGS, yield, test time, and process migrations to extend product lifecycle. Collaborates cross-functionally with design, test, manufacturing, and quality to support mature products in production. Requires at least 3 years of Product Engineering experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer or related fields. Must work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. Proficient in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., JMP); strong verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of IC semiconductor processes; experience with Product Management concepts such as cost, ROI, and efficiency is a plus. Experience with driver, power stage, IC modules, and development NPI Product Engineering is a plus.
