Job Summary
Gather requirements, design software architecture, and create interfaces for secure communication to external IoT devices. Own product features by breaking them into epics and development tasks while leading and mentoring junior engineers. Apply modern edge-cloud architectural design principles and utilize current IoT technologies to deliver secure, privacy-focused services. Requires a university degree in computer technology, backend development experience, and proficiency with Git, CI/CD workflows, and multicultural collaboration. Full expenses covered for frequent extended onsite presence in Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer technology or computer science
- Experience in backend development and strong understanding of backend architecture
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to establish trust and effective collaboration with clients and stakeholder
- Experience in software architecture design
- Knowledge of Git and issue-tracking systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows
- Problem-solving mindset and proactivity
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, with openness and respect for diversity
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore, India
