Job Summary
Maintain property operations by performing all repairs, maintenance, and part replacements while formulating bills of materials and managing tools. Respond promptly to internal and external guest complaints to ensure efficiency and avoid inconvenience. Train less experienced team members, assess preventive maintenance schedules for equipment longevity, and ensure compliance with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment. Select supplies and parts from vendors while becoming thoroughly familiar with all systems throughout the property. Requires minimum five years of HVAC and central plant experience, proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, and a valid Nevada driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
- minimum 5 years HVAC and Central Plant experience
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications
- Ability to use and carry job related equipment
- Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate 'Master' level in one specific trade
- valid Nevada driver's license
