Job Summary
Execute routine maintenance, validation, and support tasks for Epic healthcare applications under supervision. Assist with test execution, ticket updates, documentation, and basic application troubleshooting while supporting scheduled upgrades, onboarding activities, and security or access-related requests within provider or payer workflows. Document work clearly in Jira, knowledge articles, test evidence, and support records. Incorporate coaching from experienced professionals into daily tasks and participate in structured onboarding. This entry-level role requires 0-2 years of relevant experience, including exposure to application support or healthcare technology. Candidates must be comfortable working U.S. business hours and committed to long-term specialization in Epic healthcare technology.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field

- Experience with Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cadence, or Prelude

- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying for support and validation tasks
