Job Summary
Senior Project Engineer leading cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deliver complete UT/NDT systems, perform design reviews, develop technical solutions and cost calculations for customized testing solutions, support on-site installation/commissioning and training to achieve customer acceptance, collaborate with global teams across China, and participate in new product development (including robotics integrations); requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years of system-level engineering experience in automatic machinery/NDT, strong technical leadership, and fluency in Chinese and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Engineering domains (NDT, Mechanical, Automation, Materials or related)
- 10+ years hands-on experience in design and building of automatic machinery/equipment
- Experience in NDT industry and system-level design is advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English
- Willingness to travel and take on accountability and ownership
