Senior Engineer - Project Controls

Job Summary
Collaborate on project cost projections and forecasting while coordinating with MEP subcontractors. Support cash flow management, ensure accurate owner billing, and oversee change order submissions with compliance to prime contract requirements. Monitor metrics for change management backlogs and manage document control for correspondence and drawings. Generate deliverables meeting reporting standards and support workflow development for RFIs, submittals, and design management. Monitor and adapt processes for project key performance indicators. This full-time, in-person role in Ashburn, VA requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and up to five years of commercial construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related construction field
- Up to 5 years of commercial construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards
- Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Substance abuse testing
