Job Summary
Senior Engineer / Engineer II – Project Controls to support planning, cost control, and scheduling for global projects in infrastructure, highways, rail, and manufacturing. The role involves applying Atkins Realis processes from bidding to closure, developing cost breakdown structures based on WBS, preparing pricing estimates, tracking budgets, commitments, and forecasts, performing earned value and performance analysis, delivering cost reports to clients, and maintaining integrated project schedules. The candidate will drive continuous improvement and automation using Power BI and data analytics, create dashboards and KPI reports, analyze data with ETL processes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to align planning, scheduling, and cost objectives. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 6-12 years of relevant experience and strong English communication skills; professional certifications are advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology or related field
- Minimum 6 -12 years of relevant experience in cost control, preferably in major EPCM projects
- Proficiency in Power BI and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of earned value concepts and calculations
- Experience with CBS, cost management, cash flow, and contingency management
- CPM concepts and calculations
- Enterprise Project Management experience
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Professional credentials such as PMP/CPSP/CSP or equivalent are preferred
- English proficiency
