Job Summary
Senior Engineer - Production at Jhagadia responsible for meeting shift targets and supervising shift personnel in chemical production. Man-Machine management and decision making during shifts; follow up on maintenance jobs; ensure assets utilization and monitor cycle times. Contribute to process improvements and cost savings; participate in ISO compliance and audits. Familiarity with HAZOP, JSA, risk assessment, and P&ID. Manage documents such as SOPs and work instructions; act as incident controller in absence of Site Main Controller. Preferred high pressure reaction experience. Qualifications include BE or BTech in Chemical Engineering with 5-7 years in chemical industries; strong communication and MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
