Job Summary
Understand project requirements and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver projects adhering to standard processes and project management principles. Ensure completion of milestones within Quality, Delivery, cost, and product cost targets while solving technical problems and participating in concept and critical design reviews. Develop concepts, select components, and create engineering documentation using PLM and PDM software like ProE and Windchill, coordinating with teams to implement design changes. Work Monday through Thursday onsite, with Fridays offering flexible location options.
Required Qualifications
- BE degree - Mechanical
- Masters in Thermal Engineering

- 3+ years on experience in component selection

- Hands on experience in DFMEA and test plan development
