Job Summary
Senior Engineer, Process Engineering responsible for developing and maintaining processes and data for Kaohsiung Filter production lines, creating SOPs and work instructions, training production staff to follow SOPs, leading technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing, and driving process improvements using Six Sigma tools. The role involves developing capital justifications, managing key operating performance criteria (yield, performance analysis, FMEA, SPC), coordinating with quality, product engineering, manufacturing and sales/marketing, and ensuring manufacturing readiness in line with Marketing requirements. Proficiency in English is required; travel globally (about 10%) is expected. Desirable skills include Lean/Green Belt certification, familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and knowledge of Japanese.
Required Qualifications
- MSc degree in mechanical engineering or related fields
- Proficient in English communication
- Willingness to travel globally (approximately 10%)
