Job Summary
Conduct breakdown maintenance for CNC, grinding, and induction hardening machines while managing spares planning and cost control. Lead teams in troubleshooting PLC and PC-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving Kaizen initiatives. Maintain updated breakdown logbooks and slips, ensuring effective man management and presentation skills across all operations. Handle IT projects and utilize SAP and MS Office for reporting. This role reports to the Manager/Senior Manager in the PLE department at Hindupur.
Required Qualifications
- BE / Diploma – Electrical Engineering
- 08 to 10 years in PLE Department
- Good Knowledge on Breakdown maintenance of CNC, Grinding, and Induction Hardening Machines
- Good supervisor skill & Man management skills
- Good Knowledge of Hardening & tempering machines
- Knowledge of Grinding Machine
- Knowledge of PLC & PC related machines
- Good Knowledge of SAP
- Good Knowledge of MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge on plating shop will be added advantage
- Updation Knowledge on Breakdown logbooks & breakdown slips
- Knowledge of breakdown analysis, Corrective & preventive action
- Knowledge of Kaizens
