Senior Engineer - Planning

Lead schedule and cost controls across complex infrastructure and buildings programs by shaping robust baselines and driving project performance. Ensure project schedules comply with specifications, WBS, and authority approvals while monitoring progress against the baseline to identify delays and critical path impacts. Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, preparing master schedules, look-ahead programs, and weekly/monthly progress reports. Coordinate with construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams to align resources and deliverables, conducting weekly planning meetings and issuing minutes. Perform schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and time impact analysis to substantiate EOT claims and develop recovery plans for delayed activities. Provide mentoring to junior engineers, liaise with clients and consultants on schedule matters, and support project close-out with as-built programs.
