Senior Engineer focusing on performance engineering for gas/steam turbine configurations, leading field and remote testing programs, advancing testing standards and instrumentation, mentoring engineers, and shaping strategic technical priorities across global stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving compliance with policies and testing procedures, leading complex, multi-event testing programs, directing data analysis and root-cause investigations, developing high-quality NPI testing strategies, providing technical oversight and peer reviews, and maintaining deep knowledge of industry trends. Key skills include field thermal performance testing, instrumentation/DAQ setup, data-driven problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, leadership and mentorship, effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders, and a strong customer-service mindset. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in thermal performance modeling, field testing or thermal evaluation
- Ability to travel extensively in support of global assignments
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, thermodynamic systems (Combined Cycles), and thermodynamic cycles as they relate to gas turbines, steam turbines, and HRSG's
