Senior Process Development Engineer, Dry Etch, NAND at Micron in Singapore. Required Qualifications
- PhD in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronics Engineering OR Bachelor’s/Master’s in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 years semiconductor dry etch process development experience
- Strong publication, patent, or invention disclosure
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
