Senior Engineer

Job Summary
Integrate, deploy, and test software components while troubleshooting Level 2/3 system issues in development and production environments. Manage on-call support for incident management, coordinate maintenance activities with internal stakeholders, and document solutions to ensure maintainability. Interface directly with customer technical teams during project execution, providing clear communication in proactive and reactive interactions while participating in knowledge transfer sessions. Contribute to operational standards, lead post-incident reviews, and propose improvements to prevent recurrence. Support the evolution of the solution toward cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, MongoDB, and microservices. Deliver integration tasks with high technical quality and escalate complex cases to Level 4 support to facilitate accurate resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration, infrastructure, or platform engineering
- Hands-on experience in Linux-based systems, scripting, and middleware setup
- Experience in environments using Agile and ITIL service management practices
- English: Fluent (mandatory – spoken and written)
- Spanish: Native or fluent
- You hold an Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT, or a closely related technical field
- over 10 years of experience in multi-technology environments
- more than 5 years focused on system integration
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with video delivery concepts and/or OTT platforms is a plus
- Exposure to cloud-native tools (Kubernetes, containers) is highly desirable
