Job Summary
Senior Engineer - OE Sales responsible for customer training and installation support for new products to ensure rollout of defect-free trailers, improve TABS penetration, and promote advanced ITP products (TEBS/Tail guard/TPMS/ Traction). Handles trailer export customers, tracks revenue recognition and GRN, addresses customer service complaints, provides reports to customers to prevent issues, and conducts continuous customer visits to strengthen relationships with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Mechanical engineering
- 3-6 years of work experience in the automotive industry
