Senior Engineer – NPI & Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary
Own end-to-end NPI execution for mechanical parts and assemblies, including defining assembly sequences, tooling concepts, and inspection strategies. Lead DFM/DFA/DFMEA and risk mitigation activities while driving prototype, FAI, pilot, and production readiness builds. Conduct supplier technical reviews, audits, and process capability assessments against drawing requirements. Perform root cause analysis, 8D, and corrective actions while mentoring junior engineers. Interface with customers during design and build reviews. Manage AS9100 documentation and audit readiness. Requires BE/BTech in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with 4–6 years in motor assembly and NPI. Located in Shamshabad, Hyderabad.
Required Qualifications
- BE / BTech in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in mechanical & motor assembly
- Strong NPI or manufacturing engineering background
- Strong GD&T and tolerance analysis capability
- Supplier development experience
