Job Summary
Senior Engineer – NPI located in Sriperumbudur, India. Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) with project management, serving as single point of contact with customers on-site for audits. Design and share project plans for visible product launches, schedule Kick-off meetings to ensure on-time launches, and oversee the implementation of new products in the production line. Develop product build plans and coordinate with program teams to develop schedules and quotes. Create and maintain build processes, coordinate product builds for release into production, prioritize failures and work with design to resolve issues, leveraging ECO/ECN/ECR procedures. Requires typically a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training and 5+ years of experience in NPI, with strong experience in product and project management and knowledge of ECO/ECN/ECR processes.
