Job Summary
Own the implementation and long-term maintenance of internal tools and platforms while leading technical design discussions and contributing to architectural decisions. Write high-quality, maintainable code, proactively address technical debt and scalability concerns, and collaborate with engineers and product partners to prioritize high-impact work. Demonstrate strong ownership of internal systems within three months and independently deliver improvements that reduce operational friction. Requires 6+ years of experience with modern languages like Python, Go, or Rust, plus expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling. Based in Gurugram for a hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep experience with at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Rust, etc.)
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to independently solve complex engineering problems
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams and disciplines
- Comfortable working with modern infrastructure and delivery systems, including containerized applications, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Drone.io or similar)
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building reliable, usable software
- Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications, from front-end UIs to backend API handlers to database migrations
- Experience designing systems or services used by other engineers or teams
- Knowledge of any of the following technologies: Next.js, FastAPI, React
- Based in Gurugram
