Job Summary
Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver transmission line projects. The role involves independently evaluating engineering principles, defining project requirements, preparing design estimates, and acting as Lead Engineer on projects. Responsibilities include managing project milestones, performing technical reviews of deliverables, and guiding less experienced engineers. Key skills required include strong technical problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and PLS. Candidates should have a Bachelors in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year technical degree in engineering
- Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in transmission line design
- FE registration required
Desired Qualifications
- Professional registration (desirable)
- Experience in the use of PLS software
