Job Summary
Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for Jewelry and Crystal Living products to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Create technical requirements, process parameters, and instructions; set objectives and schedules for multiple product launches. Develop and improve existing processes to troubleshoot manufacturing technical problems, ensuring tool and jig readiness through design, fabrication, and testing. Resolve issues related to process flow, deviations, and tooling. Coordinate cross-functional process improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Education background in Mechanical or relevant majors
- 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment in similar role
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and team orientation
- Strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders
- Innovative and creative approach
- Can-do attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Strong capability of CAD and 3D design, especially NX or Rhino
