Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

Job Summary
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tooling and fixture maintenance, including containment actions and long-term corrective solutions. Maintain knowledge of process flows to apply AI and machine learning for tooling and process improvement. Monitor performance using key indices such as Cpk, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, responding promptly to abnormalities. Support product and technology transfers between sites and deliver technical training to technicians. Provide guidance and supervision to the technical team while ensuring compliance with safety standards and protecting sensitive information. Understand IT and database systems to program simple scripts for data retrieval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Software, Robotics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in English communication and presentation
- Positive attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, automation systems, and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with Digital Twin concepts for equipment, process modeling, or manufacturing systems
- Understand and has knowledge IT and database system, including programing simple script get information
