Job Summary
Maintain yield and quality aligned with Media Operation goals while monitoring indicators for abnormalities and troubleshooting issues using statistics, engineering analysis, and AI assistants. Coordinate evaluations with minimal supervision and manage new product ramping during NPI transfers. Identify potential yield and quality issues early, collaborate with related parties to solve interaction defects, and drive specific projects improving yield, quality, and utilization. Guide new engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience
