Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering - Instrument Calibration

Job Summary
Develop, implement, and maintain calibration and test processes for product lines, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. Own and continuously improve these processes by analyzing data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities while driving yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and operational excellence. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production-related calibration issues, develop work instructions, and support qualification and maintenance of test systems. Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and train production personnel on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Calibration Engineering, or Process Engineering
- Experience with precision measurement systems, semi-automated and automated test equipment, and calibration processes
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in analytical instrumentation, X-ray systems, medical devices, or other high-tech manufacturing environments
