Job Summary
Lead manufacturing strategy and execution for new product development programs, ensuring products are designed for efficient, scalable production. Drive transformational process improvements that increase productivity, quality, capacity, and operational performance while championing automation and advanced manufacturing technologies. Influence product and process decisions through Design for Manufacturability and Design for Automated Assembly initiatives, leading cross-functional engineering projects from concept through production launch. Solve complex manufacturing challenges through data-driven root cause analysis and deliver cost savings using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Mentor engineers and elevate best practices across the organization while partnering with leadership on strategic planning and technology roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, or new product introduction initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, including experience using data and databases to drive decision-making
