Job Summary
Senior Engineer responsible for the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. Provides technical leadership, leads or significantly contributes to projects, performs in-depth technical analyses, simulations, and tests to validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Communicates updates and recommendations to stakeholders, drives process improvements, oversees quality assurance, ensures compliance with industry standards and safety protocols, and mentors team members to support their growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- 10 years progressive engineering experience with focus on design, development, or project management
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the field (e.g., CAD software Creo, Inventor)
- SAP experience (strongly preferred)
