Job Summary
Plan, organize, and control productivity projects from conceptual stages to production cycles to optimize profits and meet corporate objectives. Analyze and recommend technological solutions to reduce expenses and improve cost structure while maintaining quality. Lead large-scale projects, develop project plans, perform complex assignments to enhance existing procedures, and conduct training on quality assurance and engineering concepts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience and at least 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
- 15 years molding engineering experience in the Medical Device or other regulated industry
- At least 4 years engineering experience
- Technical writing, research paper writing, process validation protocols and reports, and/or experimental design experience
- Molding process development, mold design, and molding equipment capital project management experience
- ERP systems knowledge and experience
- Intermediate skill level in computer and systems use (Solidworks, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
