(Senior) Engineer II, Field Service

Job Summary
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, install, relocate, and upgrade ASM equipment at customer sites, troubleshoot hardware issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance per ASM protocols, collaborate with global technical support on complex escalations, provide user training and professional customer support, ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety, and maintain accurate service documentation (install status and service reports). Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related field, 3–10 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment, strong understanding of vacuum systems, gas delivery, electromechanical schematics, and microprocessor-based control systems, be able to travel domestically and internationally, and be fluent in Korean with proficient English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment
- Solid understanding of vacuum systems, gas delivery, electromechanical schematics, and microprocessor-based control systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Fluent in Korean; proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- No restrictions on overseas travel
