Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineer I focusing on reliability analysis and testing (HALT/Accelerated Life Testing) for RF and DC products; leads Failure Analysis (FA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), conducts design reviews to identify potential weaknesses, and supports Design for Reliability (DfR) and FMEA; develops and manages reliability testing, including HALT and accelerated life cycle testing, and provides monthly reliability status with failure trends and improvements. Requires MS Degree in Reliability Engineering and CRE certification, with 3+ years of experience; knowledgeable in failure modes of high-power semiconductor devices (MOSFETs, PiN diodes), AC-DC and DC-RF power supplies, solder joint fatigue, and experience programming to automate testing and data collection; office and laboratory environment with moderate travel; US work authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
- MS Degree in Reliability Engineering
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certificate from ASQ
- Preference given to 3+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of MOSFETs and PiN diodes
- RF power delivery experience
- Hands-on RF lab testing experience
- Programming skills to automate product testing and data collection
