Job Summary
Lead sensor technology projects across electrical, mechanical, optical, chemical, algorithms, and software domains with a strong emphasis on system-level impact and performance. Drive sensor integration, testing, and qualification to deliver robust, high-quality solutions. Evaluate feasibility of proposals, troubleshoot technical challenges, and develop new systems, tools, and components in compliance with design and safety standards. Manage projects end-to-end including scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination; develop comprehensive project plans for sensor technology initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, software, and process teams to support hardware development and validation, including creation, verification, and approval of test procedures. Plan, execute, and coordinate testing activities, providing structured feedback to product engineering, physics, algorithms, and software teams to drive continuous improvement. Support definition of external equipment interfaces, evaluate architectural concepts, and ensure designs remain current through analytical tools and methods.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or other relevant discipline
- Experience in sensor technologies, in-situ process monitoring, and semiconductor equipment
- Experience in Pro-E/Creo, CAD 3D Design/Modeling techniques
- Experience with JMP is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a global customer base
- Clear communication skills in English
