Job Summary
Senior Engineer I – Python responsible for developing full lifecycle automation solutions, reviewing and sustaining automated processes, and leading automation tool development with Python, Power Automate, and AI tools. Collaborates with operations leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, improve run times, integrate AI/ML where applicable, and drive governance and training to scale automation efforts across ERP systems and legacy environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high-level Python skills
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience using AI Tools such as Gemini, Co Pilot Studio, OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a wide variety of data sources including several ERP systems and legacy environments
- Ability to set and accomplish goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent social skills
- High level of personal and professional accountability
- Ability to meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities
