Job Summary
Senior Process Engineer I in semiconductor process development responsible for designing experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and compiling reports for PEALD/PECVD processes. Will perform hardware characterization, define process windows, analyze process-hardware interactions, troubleshoot complex problems with root-cause analysis, generate internal and external documentation, and interact with customers while providing technical communication leadership. Strong emphasis on problem-solving, cross-disciplinary knowledge, and proactive project execution in a global PEALD/PECVD development environment.
Required Qualifications
- PhD preferred in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), Chemical Engineering (Ch.E), Chemistry, or Physics
