Job Summary
Senior Mechanical Engineer I role focused on CFD analysis and mechanical design for RF delivery systems in the Semiconductor Equipment Industry. Responsible for CFD analysis using Solidworks, design of mechanical parts and assemblies with PTC Creo (including sheet metal, plastics, machined parts, heat sinks, and injection-molded assemblies), drafting 2D drawings, 3D-printed parts design, cable assembly drawings, test fixtures, tolerance and worst-case analyses, structure analysis, and independent research. Collaborates with electrical/mechanical designers to develop project plans, with strong emphasis on design for manufacturability, attention to detail, and effective communication. Requires MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 1 year experience in related functions, proficiency with Solidworks and Creo, and US work authorization; relocation willingness is noted as part of employment considerations. Flexible work environment with potential for minimal travel.
