Job Summary
Field Service Engineer responsible for maintenance, installation, and support of CVD/EPI/PEALD/Furnace toolsets at customer sites; develop and maintain technical information used by internal and external stakeholders; build long-term innovative global technology systems to enable enhanced customer relationships; ensure communication channels facilitate efficient customer follow-up; drive continuous improvement of customer experience through hardware, software, and tool development; manage new product installs and hardware development; oversee project evaluations and success; travel to customer sites as required; strong collaboration with customers and internal teams; English fluency required for working with international clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline
