Job Summary
In this role as a Senior Engineer I embedded within MSAT, you will support external GMP manufacturing across diverse modalities, ensuring robust execution across technology transfer, validation, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include providing technical support for cGMP manufacturing, leading cross-functional troubleshooting initiatives, and establishing data-driven performance monitoring processes. A key aspect will be building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external CMOs, emphasizing compliance with GxP regulations and adherence to strict documentation standards. Successful candidates will possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, enabling effective management of multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in a technical discipline related to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- 7 to 10 years of experience with a B.S. or 4 to 7 years with an M.S. in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
- Strong GMP experience in a technical/engineering role within Manufacturing Operations and/or MSAT
- Knowledge of data management tools and statistical analysis
- Strong judgment and communication skills in a manufacturing context
- Highly collaborative team player able to work across functions and with external partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion
- Ability to identify risks and support issue resolution in a GMP setting
