Job Summary
Senior HP NonStop Engineer for Back Office development focused on ACATS and Mass Account Transfers (MAT). Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting back-office applications, leading projects, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Hands-on work across the full software lifecycle, with emphasis on debugging complex issues, creating documentation, and collaborating across distributed teams. Required skills include HP NonStop COBOL85, HPNS SQL/MX, Pathway servers, Guardian OS, SDLC experience, and familiarity with brokerage/clearing processes. Hybrid in-office model with offices in Denver, Saint Petersburg, Memphis, and Southfield; strong communication and adaptability in a remote/global environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of development/engineering experience preferred
- Experience with HP NonStop COBOL85, HPNS SQL/MX, SQL/MP
- Experience with Pathway servers and configuration
- HP NonStop/Tandem Guardian OS development
- Strong SDLC experience
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Experience with brokerage and clearing domain is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in remote/global distributed environments
