Lead geometric design, roadway modelling, and preparation of design documentation for high-quality Roads & Highways outputs, ensuring adherence to Swedish engineering standards across all project stages. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with full accountability, including early-stage design involvement and proactive planning. Collaborate closely with teams across India and Sweden to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery of all project outputs, providing supervision to junior team members while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and technical excellence in developing sustainable and efficient highway infrastructure.
