Job Summary
Senior Engineer leading HIG-HBM Product Engineering (Media Health Reliability). Drive reliability test development and execution for Micron’s latest HBM products, manage intrinsic and extrinsic reliability efforts, optimize manufacturing test flows to meet KPI targets (Quality, Cost, Cycle Time), and lead root cause analysis (EFA/PFA) for qual and RMA failures. Charter includes DPM reduction, frontend process-conversion support to improve yield and cost, and cross-functional collaboration with Fab, TD, GQ, and Quality/Reliability teams. Mentorship and development of team members, with project management responsibilities and strong leadership. On-site in Singapore with international travel to US, Taiwan, and Japan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated leadership and technical problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools
- Experience with root cause analysis and solution space through detailed circuit analysis
- Ability to script and use data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work on site in Singapore with international travel to US, Taiwan and Japan
