Job Summary
Analyze project requirements and develop block diagrams to establish preliminary underground infrastructure designs for gas, water, and electrical systems. Conduct on-site site assessments with the multidisciplinary Helix team to evaluate local conditions and ensure tracé feasibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine preliminary designs, then lead the development of definitive and execution designs while coordinating with contractors on permits, traffic measures, and scheduling. Finalize all technical details to ensure seamless handover to construction. This role requires a Senior Engineer with 7+ years of experience in underground infrastructure to drive the energization transition for wind and solar projects.
Required Qualifications
- HBO-opleiding op het gebied van civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde
- Affiniteit met het ontwerp en de aanleg van ondergrondse infrastructuur
- Minimaal 7 jaren ervaring op gebied van ondergrondse infra / engineering
- Nederlandse taal goed beheerst
- Ervaring met projectmatig werken
- Klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière
- Voldoende vaardigheden om volledige verantwoording voor het technisch ontwerp te dragen
- Creativiteit in het bedenken van mogelijk nieuwe oplossingen
- Coachend vermogen voor collega's die instromen als (junior) engineer
Desired Qualifications
- Een technische opleiding afgerond op HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur op het gebied van civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde
