Senior Engineer

Complete complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new and/or improved engineering techniques and procedures. Develop engineering policies and procedures affecting multiple organizational units, supervise staff on an ongoing and project basis, and apply advanced engineering techniques within your area of expertise. Serve as a peer-recognized specialist determining methodologies, develop technical solutions to complex problems, and plan projects using mature engineering knowledge. Work with research, manufacturing, quality assurance, and validation departments to develop requirements for system modifications, coordinate consultants on design documents, and manage departmental or project budgets. Available for administrative shifts and non-standard hours including nights and weekends as required.
