Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end support for customers, managing installation, breakdown calls, spare parts, and machine troubleshooting across the Bengaluru region. Coordinate pre-installation requirements, develop corrective and preventive actions, and maintain machine records in the FSL. Generate spare parts business, provide training for machine operation and troubleshooting, and support mold trials and process optimization. Assemble machines at customer sites and submit field returns for factory analysis while releasing flash for parts failures. Ensure customer care visits and recover warranty costs for failed components.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Graduation in Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics
- Maximum 8-10 years in maintenance, testing or Servicing of Injection Molding machines
- Must be based at Bengaluru Region
- Must be working as Service Engineer
- Must be available for 80% travel
- Must be able to coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers
- Must be able to develop & implement Corrective / Preventive actions for any Machine
- Must be responsible for troubleshooting and providing solutions to overcome the problem
- Must be able to maintain records of each machine by timely entries in the FSL
- Must be responsible for installation and servicing of all machines in the region
- Must be able to provide training to customers for the Machine Operating & Trouble Shooting
- Must be able to submit the Field return part to the factory for analysis as well as to recover the cost of warranty of the part
- Must be able to release flash for parts failure
- Must be able to ensure customer training and customer care visit
