Job Summary
Senior Engineer role focused on the daily operation and maintenance of facility systems (power, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) and participation in commissioning and system handover activities during construction. Responsibilities include testing/validation, tracking results and deficiencies, analyzing system performance and abnormal conditions with improvement actions, supporting engineering project execution and operational handover, coordinating among construction, engineering, and operations interfaces, assisting with ISO/EHS audits and management-system compliance, responding to abnormalities and emergencies, and maintaining facility-related procedures and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities operations, engineering execution, or construction/system handover environments
- Hands-on experience in construction, expansion, or major system implementation and handover projects
- Solid understanding of facility system design, testing, handover, and operational processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage abnormal conditions and implement improvements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design, construction, and operations teams.
